Highlights:

It's been said, "God created the Grand Canyon but He lives in Sedona." Sedona is positioned among desert plains, awe-inspiring cliffs, rugged spires of sandstone and canyons, including Oak Creek Canyon, a spectacular 16-mile gorge with streams and waterfalls between sheer rock walls. It has been termed by Rand McNally as one of the eight most scenic drives in America.

Located two hours north of Phoenix, and 30 miles south of the Flagstaff peaks, Sedona's mild four-season climate and high desert terrain assure good year-round weather for vacationers and outdoor enthusiasts.

Accommodations and Meeting Venues

Enchantment Resort recently completed a $4 million meeting space renovation project, now with 13,000 square feet of indoor group space and more than 20,000 square feet of outdoor space. The resort features a AAA Four Diamond restaurant, Yavapai, and a luxury spa.

L'Auberge de Sedona Hotel features 3,500 square feet of indoor meeting space for groups up to 220 people. The intimate size of the hotel (89 rooms) means your group will most likely command attention of the entire conference staff.

The Hilton Sedona Golf Resort & Spa features an 18-hole championship course, more than 20,000 square feet of conference facilites, a spa and salon.

The Amara Boutique Hotel, Restaurant & Spa offers more than 5,500 square feed of meeting space for up to 160 people, full A/V equipment and Wi-Fi.

Things to Do

Shopping plazas, gift boutiques, galleries and restaurants abound. Sedona boasts more than 40 galleries for contemporary arts and crafts, as well as Native American arts. The cultural calendar is filled with gallery openings, art and music events, as well as local theater productions.

Tlaquepaque--an Indian name meaning "the best of everything"--is an arts and crafts village modeled after a Mexican village, made up of quaint courtyards surrounded by specialty shops, galleries and restaurants.

Out of Africa Wildlife Park offers a unique glipse of exotic animals interacting with each other. Behind-the-scenes tours are available and guests can watch the big cats frolic in a play pool and even feed the tigers.

Sedona Adventure Tours lets guests experience hiking, scenic tours, wine tours, kayaking, tubing in the canyon rivers and more.

An outdoorsy group will appreciate trips to Fort Verde State Historic Park and Red Rock State Park (which features a popular moonlight hike).
